The Eastern Cape outfit Chippa United withdrew from the Home Legends tourney which was expected to take place in Nelson Mandela stadium on 16 December 2024 due to the eruption of some disagreements.
It was also reported that the tournament might also not take place because of some of the challenges facing this tourney.
