The Ntinga O.R. Tambo Development Agency Board has announced this week the appointment of Sandile Sentwa as Acting Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 March 2026.
This appointment follows the departure of Loyiso Mbiko, who concluded his four-year tenure as CEO. Under his leadership, the Agency successfully advanced several strategic programmes aimed at strengthening local economic development within the O.R. Tambo District.

Strengthened accountability frameworks. His proven ability to align financial discipline with long-term strategic goals positions him to provide stability and direction during this transition period.
