It shows that the Philanthropic work of the late KwaBhaca businessman Ledwith Cleghorn Mgudlwa (LCM) Ludidi will live on within his family and staff members, as his institution keeps on aiding the needy people in the former Transkei, Eastern Cape. There are a number of activities including cleaning up campaigns, donations to NGOs, old age homes as well as to children’s homes. These initiatives completely change the lives of needy people in the towns like Mthatha and KwaBhaca (formerly known as Mount Frere).

Meanwhile, LCM Ludidi Properties has once again demonstrated its unwavering commitment to community upliftment through latest philanthropic initiatives. Building on the momentum of its successful Toy Drive during the past festive season, the property company continued its outreach efforts with two impactful donations this past week.

The beneficiary this time around was Siyakana Youth Outreach & Educational Programme Centre in KwaBhaca, where the company delivered a new collection of educational toys and learning materials aimed at enhancing the developmental resources available to children at the centre. It didn’t end there as the management team also travelled to Bethany Home Place of Safety in Mthatha and delivered a much-needed chest freezer.

“These donations are part of our ongoing commitment to making a meaningful difference in the communities we serve. We believe in supporting organizations that create safe, nurturing environments for children and youth. This donation will assist the home in improving food storage, helping ensure the well-being of the children in their care,” said Ndoda Langa of LCM Ludidi Properties. He said LCM Ludidi Properties will continue to lead by example, integrating social responsibility into its core business values and working hand in glove with local organizations to create lasting impact.
