The Port St Johns Afro-pop sensational and guitarist, Nonguquko Mlaza, who is also known as Csana on the stage has officially released her latest radio single, “Hamba”, taken from Inguquko. Rooted in the vibrant rhythms of Afro-pop and inspired by the cultural richness of the Eastern Cape-EmaMpondweni, Csana’s hometown, “Hamba” is a dynamic anthem of resilience, self-discovery, and encouragement.

The title “Hamba”, meaning “Go” in Xhosa, delivers a universal message: the time to pursue your bath is now. Through it poetic, lyrics and infectious melodies, the song invites listeners to embrace their unique journeys and trust in their timing, even when the road ahead is uneven.

Csana said the album Inguquko is a celebration of change and growth, weaving together stories of personal evolution and cultural identity. “With its rich blend of modern Afro-pop sounds and traditional influences, Inguquko showcases Csana’s exceptional artistry and ability to connect deeply with her audience,” she said.

Meanwhile, Hamba is now available on all major streaming platforms and radio stations as part of the Inguquko album.
